The IPLR Launch Event took place on Tuesday 8 July and featured presentations from Judge Dire Tladi of the International Court of Justice and Professor Hélène Ruiz Fabri from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Judge Tladi spoke on procedure and the UN Security Council while Professor Ruiz Fabri addressed procedure and international courts and tribunals.
