GCILS Fellow Professor Charlie Peevers and University of Glasgow colleague Professor Tom Mullen have published a post on the UK Constitutional Law Association Blog on ‘A Legal Black Hole in UK Waters? The Case of the MV Bella 1’. The post explores both the international and UK constitutional legal implications of the interception of the Bella 1 by US and UK forces and the subsequent detention of the vessel in Scottish waters, as well as the fate of the crew.
