GCILS Fellow Dr Matina Papadaki has published an ESIL Reflection ‘“In a general manner”: Reflections on the Climate Change Advisory Opinion a year later’. The Reflection examines the ICJ’s framing of its landmark Climate Change Advisory Opinion and its impact on the work of the International Law Commission one year after the judgment was handed down, as well its potential significance for international law.
