Based at the University of Glasgow, and led by Dr Matina Papadaki and Dr James Devaney, the IPLR Hub aims to bring together scholars working on international procedure, both before international courts and within international organisations, to engage with current challenges and, in time, to develop reference resources that serve the wider community.
Judge Tladi will speak on procedure and the UN Security Council, while Professor Ruiz Fabri will speak on procedure and international courts.
